Company disclosures

Our company

Pandabase is a financial technology company acting as a merchant of record, not a payment processor or financial institution. Pandabase is operated by Velta LLC.

Deposit insurance

Pandabase is not a bank. Customer funds are held at Cross River Bank, Member FDIC. FDIC insurance covers eligible deposits up to $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category, and only protects against the failure of Cross River Bank. It does not cover the failure of Pandabase or any other non-bank company. Learn about FDIC coverage.
